Providing Nutrition Expertise
Addressing Your Nutrition Health Concerns
Parents and care providers worry about their children's nutrition: too little, too much, best options, the right approach, and how to make sure they get what they need to be healthy and develop a positive relationship with food.

Adults worry about their own nutrition. Medical issues, busy lives, conflicting food recommendations, all these make balanced healthy eating very challenging .
As Registered Dietitians we provide nutrition information you can trust. We will help you and your family achieve your eating and food goals.
Comprehensive Nutritional Assessment
We want to hear your story. Eating and feeding is unique to each individual and family. Gathering information about health, medical concerns, growth or weight history, eating habits, food beliefs, and any eating challenges, is an important first step. From this comprehensive nutritional assessment, we identify clear goals and begin to map out your specific plan.
Nutrition Therapy
Once specific goals are set , its time to start making some changes . Developing a step-by-step plan with clarity will ensure you know what you are working . We are there to provide support and to help find solutions as challenges arise throughout this process.
